Barbara HogansonBarbara Hoganson, president and CEO, is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of experience specializing in planning and executing infrastructure, business, marketing, technology and financial solutions. She has a unique combination of business and technology expertise and understands the business, as well as the marketing benefits of the use of technology in helping clients accomplish their marketing objectives.

Barbara is known for finding the most cost-effective solution for her clients’ unique needs, and delivering projects on time, within budget and with the expected outcome.

Her projects have ranged in size up to $30 million with companies such as Wells Fargo, CRAY Research, and National Computer Systems. She is proficient in uncovering requirements, determining the feasibility of options, and pulling together the right team for delivery, as well as managing multiple large concurrent projects. Barbara has strong organization and communication skills and interfaces well with all levels within an organization. She sees the invaluable benefit of incorporating the disciplines used by Harden to generate even greater results for customers.

Prior to co-founding Harden as partner, Barbara’s consulting practice specialized in leading teams of up to several hundred members from diverse disciplines through complex projects. Her role was considered critical to the success of many multi-million dollar strategic initiatives, and she was recognized as being instrumental in the growth achieved by her clients. This has been tangibly demonstrated by the number of extended contracts her clients have rewarded her with – they don’t want anyone else to fill her available time!

Early in her career, Barbara was a sales and marketing manager, and vice president of operations for a number of companies. She is known as a results-oriented professional who is a team builder in complex and difficult assignments, and has consistently delivered multi-million dollar profits to the clients she has served. She is a strategic thinker who is able to dig deep into an organization to understand the nuances of an assignment in order to create a solution that is cost-effective, user and organization friendly, and creates value for customers.

Barbara earned a B.A. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois, and has earned professional designations as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Project Management Professional (PMP).  She is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s.
